Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. The service
Vandura Limited ("Vandura") provides software engineering services through a monthly subscription. Clients subscribe to a plan, submit requests via a private delivery board, and receive work delivered as pull requests, technical designs, documentation, and related engineering deliverables.
2. Plans and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, or annually where an annual option is selected.
- Plans run month-to-month with no minimum commitment and may be cancelled at any time.
- Subscriptions may be paused with 24 hours' notice. Unused capacity carries forward on resume and does not expire.
3. Requests and estimates
- A request represents a self-contained piece of work deliverable within approximately 1–5 days. Larger initiatives are broken into individual requests during onboarding.
- Every request receives a written estimate before work begins. Work starts only once the estimate is approved.
- Revisions to the agreed specification are unlimited.
4. Delivery guarantee
If an agreed delivery estimate is missed by more than 50% without prior notice, the client receives a request credit. Where a delivery window is at risk, Vandura notifies the client before the deadline.
5. Onboarding and access
Onboarding is a required first step in every subscription. Clients provide repository access (GitHub or GitLab) and a short onboarding brief before the first request is accepted. Vandura does not request or require production access.
6. Intellectual property
All work product delivered under a subscription belongs to the client. Client intellectual property — including source code, credentials, and proprietary data — remains the client's at all times and stays within the client's own systems.
7. Confidentiality and security
NDAs are signed for all engagements. Vandura is ISO 27001 certified by the British Assessment Bureau, and a Data Processing Agreement is available for regulated-sector clients. Delivery boards contain request descriptions only.
8. Scope
The subscription covers the service areas described on this website. Work outside Vandura's stated scope — including native mobile development, ML model training, and staff augmentation — may be declined. If a request is outside our expertise, we will say so before any estimate is issued.
9. Capacity
Vandura serves multiple active subscriptions simultaneously and caps the total number of active subscriptions to protect delivery commitments. Plan concurrency limits (such as "1 active request") refer to queue ordering within a single subscription.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Otherwise, Vandura's aggregate liability under a subscription is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
