Billing & subscription FAQ

A request should represent a self-contained piece of work deliverable within 1–5 days. Once submitted, Vandura reviews it and provides a written estimate before any work begins — you approve the estimate, then work starts. Large initiatives are broken into individual requests upfront so every piece has a clear scope and timeline. If a request is outside our expertise, we'll tell you immediately.
"1 active request" refers to queue ordering within your subscription — it means one of your requests is in active delivery at a time. It does not mean Vandura stops working for other clients while yours is active, or vice versa. Vandura works across all client queues simultaneously throughout the day. To protect every client's delivery commitments, total active subscriptions are capped — we don't take on more than we can serve to the stated standard.
Give us 24 hours' notice and we'll pause your billing. Unused capacity carries forward when you resume — there is no expiry on banked time. Plans run month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Many clients pause during quiet periods, funding rounds, or seasonal lulls.
Onboarding is a standard first step included in every subscription — there's no extra charge. Before any request is accepted, you complete a short brief covering your tech stack, repository access, architecture, coding conventions, test setup, and deployment process. Vandura reviews it before issuing estimates, so your first delivery window is accurate from the start. If your codebase is complex or has limited documentation, that's factored into the initial estimate rather than discovered mid-delivery.
No setup fees, no long-term contracts. Month-to-month billing. Cancel anytime. We'll complete any work in progress before your cancellation takes effect.
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Unlimited revisions until you're satisfied — at no extra cost. If we fundamentally can't meet your needs, we'll refund your current month and help transition any work in progress to your team.
Vandura is ISO 27001 certified by the British Assessment Bureau. Delivery boards contain request descriptions only — source code, credentials, and proprietary data remain within your own systems at all times. NDAs are signed for all engagements. A Data Processing Agreement is available for regulated-sector clients.
