Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Who we are
Vandura Limited ("Vandura", "we", "us") is a UK software engineering consultancy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit vandura.co.uk or engage our services. For privacy queries, contact info@vandura.co.uk.
Information we collect
- Contact information you provide when emailing us or booking a call — such as your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message.
- Engagement information processed during a client engagement — such as request descriptions submitted to your delivery board and communication on those requests.
- Scheduling data processed by Calendly when you book a call through their service, subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.
This website does not use advertising trackers. Fonts, styling, and icon assets are loaded from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts, Tailwind CDN, unpkg), which may log standard request data such as your IP address in order to serve those files.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and conduct introductory calls.
- To deliver and administer client engagements, including managing delivery boards and communication.
- To meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
Client code and data
Source code, credentials, and proprietary data remain within your own systems at all times. Delivery boards contain request descriptions only. NDAs are signed for all engagements, and a Data Processing Agreement is available for regulated-sector clients.
Security
Vandura is ISO 27001 certified by the British Assessment Bureau. Information is handled under our information security management system, with access limited to those who need it for an engagement.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the duration of an engagement plus any period required for legal or accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@vandura.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the date above.
